Q: What is the minimum ordering quantity?

A: Generally speaking, we can accept any quantity. However, please be aware that extra amount of fees might occur due to small quantity of small goods through express.

A: We strongly recommend you to know well about your ordered tools or machines to avoid further issues caused by inexperienced set up or maintenance. Somehow, we're able to provide instruction manual for free if asked.

Q:What if I find out that delivered goods don't match my expectation?

A: First of all, as an experienced supplier, we barely receive any complains from customers. Nevertheless, assuming if any customer is unsatisfied with delivered goods, we will try to contact to our customers ASAP for few confirmations such as identification of information given by customers, no damage done to goods during transportation or maintenance.
